A highlight was the street parade with lots of participants and lots more on the pavement to cheer them on.<\/p>\n<p>Quota joined in with their &#8220;QUOTA CARES&#8221;\u00a0float and showcased the &#8220;Million Stars to end violence&#8221; project.
